Our Philosophy
Brooks-Jeffrey Marketing Inc. is
a company of writers, planners, technicians, artists,
photographers and creative thinkers. In addition to
these talents, every one of our creative staff members
shares another skill ... professional salesmanship.
Our clients rely on us to help sell their philosophy,
their services and their products.
We operate according to these principles:
- Represent and sell only
those philosophies, services and products in which
we can take pride.
- Know the product before
we begin to sell it to someone else.
- Sell only what the customer
needs or wants.
- Promise delivery only when
we are certain we can deliver.
- Deliver creative solutions
on time, on budget, and on target.
Safeguards
When you trust BJM with information
crucial to the success of your business, we safeguard
that information in several ways, including:
- Employee contracts dictate
that creative work performed at BJM belongs to the
agency or to the client who purchases it -- not
the designers, technicians, photographers and writers
who assist on a project.
- BJM employees are obligated
to protect proprietary work and information.
- BJM's office is protected
by an alarm system.
- BJM will gladly provide nondisclosure
agreements upon request.
In all areas of our business (marketing
research, strategy, art design, writing, publication,
media placement, Web site construction, and computer
services) we protect your information with the same
diligence that we use in protecting our own business
information.
Loyal service is a cornerstone of
our business ... we insist on it from all BJM staff
members and we give it to all BJM clients.

Working within budgets is nothing
new to us. It's something we've done since 1984. We
are proud of how we work within a client's parameters.
As designers, writers, technicians,
and planners, our job includes bringing ingenuity
and resourcefulness to each project we produce. We
love the challenge. Modest budgets create opportunities
for creative solutions and new ideas. Our goal is
