Brooks-Jeffrey Marketing,
using new state of the art digital photo technology,
now offers business clients and individuals photos
of higher quality and quicker turnaround. Shannon
Brooks, creative director, said the company’s
new professional digital photography system needs
no film and no developing services, allowing photo
proofs to be provided quickly to clients.
On a photo shoot or in the studio,
using the professional digital photography system
from Nikon, BJM takes the photos, then downloads them
into a laptop computer to review with clients. "With
this system we know we have the photos we need before
leaving the photo shoot location. This system improves
photo quality and saves time," Ms. Brooks said.
The digital photo images do not have
to go through intermediate pre-press processes such
as scanning. They appear as sharp as any high resolution
scan, Brooks said, and they can be reproduced in any
size, from wallet or passport size to poster or billboard
size. All sizes of prints are available from BJM.
"Inexpensive digital cameras
can’t produce the quality we need for our work,"
she said. "We invested in this system so we can
produce photos that can be used as low, medium or
high resolution images, whatever the client needs
for their project on the Web, newspaper, magazine,
billboard or printed materials."
BJM offers digital photography portrait
packages such as business portraits, group photos,
product photography, family and senior-year portraits.
On-location photos shoots are available in one-half
day or full-day packages. Photo appointments can be
set during or outside of normal business hours.
"Within the last few weeks,
BJM shot photos on Lake Norfork, the White River,
at a horse ranch, an industry, a golf course, and
a corporate retreat. We work throughout Arkansas,
and, on occasion, in other states," Brooks said.
